Approximately 5000 units of thrombin with 0 mg of collagen were injected into the pseudoaneurysm until rmation of an echogenic thrombus was seen on US (Fig. 1.4). The st-injection course was uneventful and the patient was scharged the same day. At 6 months, follow-up US showed mplete occlusion and thrombosis of the pseudoaneurysm.
